METAN Beijing Music Group (MBMG) provides full orchestral scoring services for all types of media projects. Drawing on members of Beijing’s finest orchestras and with exclusive representation of the National Centre for the Performing Arts’ state of the art recording facility, MBMG provides world-class orchestral scoring at competitive prices.

The Metan Beijing Music Group is a division of the METAN Development Group, LLC (METAN).  METAN was launched in 2009 to develop and distribute entertainment content and media specifically for international markets. The company’s founders are entertainment industry veteran Martin Pompadur, E! Entertainment Television co-founder Larry Namer, and Amerilink founder Jean Zhang. METAN has offices in Los Angeles and Beijing.

Elliot Lurie, veteran Hollywood music supervisor and former Executive Vice President Music for Twentieth Century Fox, heads MBMG in Los Angeles.  Li Xiaoping, a leader in the Chinese classical music community for over two decades, serves as orchestra contractor and heads MBMG in Beijing.
