The demand for hit movies and films in China is growing exponentially each year. With movies like Transformers 2 and Avatar having huge box office success in China, there is a real opportunity to capitalize on the demand for western content and formats. Just like in television where Metan  works with Hollywood studios to bring television formats and programming to China, the company will do the same with film.

Although the major media companies have already made successful in-roads into the China market, there are still many major studios that are now entering China for the first time and Metan is an ideal conduit for both television and film.
